Wedding Ceremony & Reception

The Red Earth Venue

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at The Red Earth Venue, surrounded by red rock and open sky. Cocktail hour with an open bar, dinner, and dancing to follow. The exact start time will be announced soon — plan to arrive with time to park and find your seat.
Wedding Shuttles
The Red Earth Venue does not allow cars to be left overnight. We will provide shuttles to and from the venue, with pickup and drop-off at the Hoodoo Hilton and Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn. You don't have to use the shuttles, but they're provided for your convenience — and so everyone can celebrate safely without driving afterward. If you do ride, please use one of these two hotels as your shuttle stop, even if you choose to stay elsewhere.
Food & Drink
Our friends at Farm to Fingers are handling catering and open bar service with a farm-to-table spread built for the desert.

Cocktail Hour
Passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres while you mingle, with the open bar pouring and a refreshing non-alcoholic welcome drink for everyone.

Dinner
A farm-to-table buffet with two mains, two sides, and a soup or salad, plus fresh bread and butter on the tables.

The Bar
An open bar with five signature drinks — any of them can be made non-alcoholic — plus a champagne toast and wine served with dinner.

Coffee & Late-Night Snacks
A coffee and espresso station to keep you going, and a build-your-own mashed potato bar for the late-night crowd.
Have a dietary restriction? No problem — vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available and clearly labeled. Note any needs on your RSVP.
